About Eric

Eric Howard, a man who has known his own hardships and has risen above them, knows that financial wealth comes with motivation. He’s always had three goals, and they have been largely influenced by his four children. Those goals were:

 

• Become a millionaire by the age of 40

• Ensure that his children will never have to face the burden of student loan debt

• Build a legacy that he can leave behind for his children, Deja, Autumn, Elijah, and Ethan

 

Although he has accomplished the first, he is still working to ensure that the last two goals come to fruition. But he is not worried about his success. Eric Howard’s career in the insurance industry began after he dropped out of college. in 1994, he began working in the industry. In a career that spanned almost 20 years, he learned to train and build agents for both captive and independent companies. While he enjoyed parts of it, he also experienced setbacks. The micromanagement and lack of advancement opportunities really began to take a toll on him. He hated seeing customers unhappy with their policies, and he wanted to make something more of his life.
